  • We will review work life balance and you will have the opportunity to complete a work life balance wheel and set goals based on current life satisfaction levels.

Module 2: Start Where you Are



Learn about burnout, compassion fatigue and work life balance. Assess your functioning and satisfaction in these areas.

 

Module 3: Why is so Hard?


In this module you will explore beliefs and parts through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, and learn about identifying and expressing boundaries.

 

After finishing Module 3, you’ll:

 

  • Have completed a mindfulness practice on Loving Kindness, offering yourself self compassion.
  • Identify limiting beliefs that get in the way of prioritizing your needs and have a framework to address them.
  • Explore boundaries and have tools to practice them.

After Finishing Module 6 You'll:

  • Have completed two mindfulness practices that help work with challenging situations.
  • You will learn your locus of control style and practice identifying what is in and out of your control.
  • You will be introduced to the Dreaded Drama Triangle and Empowerment Dynamic and learn how to transform your own challenges.

Module 4: 

Organizational Obstacles



In this module you will review organizational frameworks, identify where you get stuck, learn about locus of control and the dreaded drama triangle.

 

Module 5: Creating your Self Care Plan


Explore the necessary components to create your individualized self care plan

 

After finishing Module 5, you’ll:

 

  • Have completed a mindfulness practice putting everything together that you have learned so far.
  • Identified daily practices and rituals
  • Learned about types of rest
  • Explored what activities bring you joy
  • Identify Body, Heart, and Mind Practices for your self care plan

  • Have put your own individualized Self Care plan and put it into action.
  • Navigated obstacles that got in the way.
