Hi, I'm Tara

I am a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher,Mental Health Professional,

and Former Educator.

 

I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for 16+ years. I have completed a 2 year Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in the Insight Meditation tradition, meditation instructor and teacher training through the Shambhala Buddhist lineage, have been an administrator and lived at a meditation retreat center for 2 years, and have completed multiple week and month long meditation retreats. I am also a mental health professional and former educator. I have real life experience and knowledge to guide you through mindfulness meditation practices and teachings with care and compassion.
